Lahore, Pakistan - The Yunus Emre Institute, Turkish Cultural Center Pakistan, and the Faculty of Oriental Learning, University of the Punjab, Lahore, collaborated to organize a Pakistan-Turkiye Friendship Mushaira at Sherani Hall, Oriental College.

The event, initiated by Prof. Dr. Halil Toker, Director of Yunus Emre Institute Pakistan, was presided over by Prof. Dr. Marghoob Hussain Tahir. Rana Ejaz Hussain of the Pak-Kuwait-Turkiye Friendship Association was the chief guest. |

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Learning, University of the Punjab, Lahore, appreciated the contributions of the Yunus Emre Institute Pakistan and its director, Prof. Dr. Halil Toker, for promoting Pakistan-Turkiye friendship and cultural ties. |
Renowned poets, including Dr. Tahir Shaheer, Shaheen Abbass, Dr. Shoaib Ahmed, Aaghar Nadeem Sahar, Imtiaz Anjum, Dr. Uzma Zareen Nazia, Dr. Muhammad Kamran, and Dr. Marghoob Hussain Tahir, presented their poetry, celebrating the strong bond of friendship between the two brother countries. |
